FAQ
Can I book a party on your website?
Yes, you can! Simply click on the “Book a Party” button at the end of each party package description. Of course, you may always book in person or by phone if you prefer. You may contact us at any time if you have questions or need more information prior to booking.
Do you require a deposit to reserve a party day and time?
We ask for a $50.00 deposit. We accept cash, credit or debit for deposit.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your party:
30 days or more before the party date we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
Less than 30 days before the party date we cannot issue a refund, but you may reschedule to a future date as available. Rescheduling does not reset the 30-day refund period.
Can I bring my own food?
You may bring your own birthday cake, cupcakes or cookie. No other outside food or drinks are allowed.
Can I invite more children than your package allows?
Absolutely. Each party Package has a minimum number of party guests but you may add as many as you like for the per-person price. Please note that parents who wish to play in the arcade must also purchase an arcade wristband. If parents do not wish to play in the arcade, there is seating available in the party room & in our open seating area.
Do you allow "Walk-In" Parties?
Our Party Room is available by reservation for parties, so it may not be available for walk-in parties. You may always bring in your group of guests to play in our arcade, but please note that we do not allow outside food or drinks. You may not be able to bring in a cake, cupcakes or cookie cake if you have not reserved a party with us.
What should I bring on the day of my party?
Birthday cake, cake cutter and candles, no ice-cream cakes please.
May I use a coupon or discount for a party package or extra party guest wristbands?
We do love it when a coupon or discount offer brings new guests to discover our arcade and we do occasionally offer coupons or discounts for Birthday Parties. The coupon or discount must be specific for Birthday Party Packages or VIP Wristbands, we do not allow the use of coupons for regular Arcade Wristbands with Party Packages.
